Hello,
I am an award-winning journalist, freelance writer and copy editor who has 3 years of experience writing for newspapers, magazines, and websites.
Some of the awards I've won have been in the categories of headline writing, opinion pieces, humorous columns, feature stories, and news writing.
Education has always been important to me, and I've done a fair amount of teaching. I've taught writing workshops for reporters and freelancers because I love to share the tips. I've also taught outdoor living skills, as well as water and fire safety, as a camp counselor for the Girl Scouts.
I've written blogs for dozens of different websites, focusing on the topics of politics, cryptocurrency, cybersecurity parenting, family issues, finances, and fitness.
On a personal level, I am a devoted runner who has completed two half marathons. I'm a mother, metal detectorist, kayaker, and I take great pride in my work and keeping my clients happy.
